Create a Bookstore Order

Intended audience: Member service team

A bookstore order can be created in the back office for any available product.

Create Order

  1. Navigate to the desired customer record and choose the Bookstore Switch View
  2. Select Place New Order
  3. Look up the desired product and chose “Add to Shopping Cart”
    • Note: Shipping charges will be automatically added for physical items
  4. Add additional items as needed
  5. Choose one of the Checkout Options
  6. If the product is set for shipping, ensure that the Billing and Shipping information is correct.
  7. Enter the PO # if available and any applicable comments
  8. Click Sumbit
  9. If the product price or the shipment amount should be adjusted choose “Override Shopping Cart Items”
  10. When ready, choose “Continue to Finish the Checkout”
