Intended audience: Member service team
A bookstore order can be created in the back office for any available product.
Create Order
- Navigate to the desired customer record and choose the Bookstore Switch View
- Select Place New Order
- Look up the desired product and chose “Add to Shopping Cart”
- Note: Shipping charges will be automatically added for physical items
- Add additional items as needed
- Choose one of the Checkout Options
- If the product is set for shipping, ensure that the Billing and Shipping information is correct.
- Enter the PO # if available and any applicable comments
- Click Sumbit
- If the product price or the shipment amount should be adjusted choose “Override Shopping Cart Items”
- When ready, choose “Continue to Finish the Checkout”
