Send ACGI Membership Renewal Email

Target audience: ACGI Membership Managers and Administrators

ACGI has built in functionality to send membership renewal notices to individuals and company administrators.

  • Prepare the message
    • Create an ECM message
    • Create an ECM Action
      • Note the available substitution variables which begin with MEM_ORDER which may be included
  • Send the message
    • Navigate to Reporting->Accounting->Send Email for Outstanding Invoices
    • Enter the appropriate dates
    • If sending company membership renewals, check the Company Administrator Option
    • Check Membership for Product Area
    • Click Search Invoices
    • Select the ECM Action
    • Click View Recipients for Selection
    • Review the list and ensure only the desired records are checked
    • Click Send Email to Selected Recipients
    • Note the messages will be queued within a few minutes
