It is important for attendees to stay in the NAAA room block. We get the best hotel room rates for our attendees! If the NAAA hotel block is not filled, we cannot offer these great rates for future years! If you have trouble booking a hotel room, please do not book outside the block and contact us with your travel dates.

As of Oct. 31, all NAAA room blocks are full at the Omni, Sheraton and Hilton. Below are three additional hotels within 3-6 blocks of the convention center that you can explore:

You can cab, Uber or Lyft from DFW airport or you can take the TEXRail. You can catch the TEXRail in Terminal B at DFW and take it to the Fort Worth T&P Station stop. (Click here for getting to TEXRail from your terminal.) A Local one-way pass is $2.50 – $5 (cash or credit card at the machines). Exit the rail at Fort Worth Central Station stop. Driving

If you’d like to fly into another airport and drive to Fort Worth, below are driving times from several airports:

  • Dallas Love Field (DAL): 32.5 miles
  • Oklahoma City – Will Rogers World Airport (OKC): 200 miles
  • Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS): 195 miles
